Online Returns Policy

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund (including our standard delivery charge) if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. You can do this by emailing mail@barsleys.co.uk.  You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods to us.

If you return your item in store you’ll need to bring your receipt or delivery note and we’ll happily refund to the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.

If you return your item by post then please note that unless your item is faulty, or delivered in error, you are responsible for the cost of the postage back to us. This is in accordance with Distance Selling regulations.  On receipt of your goods we will refund the item and the standard cost of the delivery charge which you paid at the time of your order to receive your goods.  We will not refund the difference you paid between the basic delivery charge and any premium delivery charges.

There are some items that we can't return or exchange unless faulty.  You can find a list of the items that aren't included in our policy in the 'Things that aren't included in our returns policy' section below.
